401 - Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Back of the house hand washing sink had a broken hot water facet and the hand soap was mounted in an area where it was difficult to access. Corrective Action(s): Ensure all hand washing stations have hot and cold water, liquid soap and paper towels. Operator repaired hot water facet and moved soap dispenser at the time of inspection. You can use a small bottle of hand soap or small dispenser if it enables easier access to washing hands. Violation Score: 5

Premise is sanitary. No signs of pests. Hot and cold water in use. Front of the house dedicated hand sink available with liquid soap, paper towels and hot and cold water. Cold holding units at 4C and below. Freezers at -18C and below. Dishwasher final rinse at 71C at the plate. QUAT sanitizer in use at 400 ppm. Food protected from contamination. Fresh vegetables cold held in ice. Staff demonstrate clean food handling practices. Washroom is sanitary with fully stocked hand sink.
