- Coolers <= 4 deg C, freezer at <= -18 deg C.
- Hot holding >= 60 deg C.
- 3 comp sink is organized at time of visit.
-General sanitation is satisfactory
- Temp logs- staff not able to locate ensure to keep it on site for inspection..
-Food products are covered and labeled, no expired products noted.
- No signs of pests.
-Good personal hygiene noted by staff (hair control- good glove usages noted , washing hands prior to changing gloves)
