Floor plans appear to be renovated according to approved floor plans, no concern with minor changes.

Ice cream freezer: -25C
Standup coolers X2: <4C
Two door freezer: -18C
Popcorn machine, hot dog machine, bun (hot holding) and coffee machines present.
Two compartment sinks is operational with two drain plugs
Hot water was measured at 47.9C
Bleach sanitizer: 100ppm in label spray bottle, test strips available (JAN 2019)
Probe thermometers available to determine hot dog temperature (74C/165F)
General sanitation is good, lighting is adequate

Operating permit is old and collected; please put up new permit when you receive it by mail.

Premises is NOT APPROVED to open. Please ensure you complete the requirements below and contact the undersign for follow up inspection:
1. High temperature dishwasher must attain 82C at gauge and 71C at plate level.
2. Connect dishwasher to detergent and rinse aid.
3. Obtain NSF approved, thermometer marked with max/min mode to test dishwasher.
4. Replace two thermometers (ice cream and cake).
5. Obtain drying rack.
6. Obtain test strips within expiry date.
7. To verify public washrooms at follow up inspection.
8. Post the FHA warewashing sign.
