Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - Only one sink plug observed at time of inspection. Operator informed EHO that additional sink plug has been broken
- Lack of sanitizer solution upon arrival of EHO - CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION - Third compartment sink was filled with 200ppm Chlorine solution at time of inspection.

Corrective Action(s): - Obtain at least TWO additional sink plugs
- Ensure EVERY MORNING third compartment sink is filled with sanitizer solution for the day. As the facility does not have a dishwasher the facility MUST ENSURE MANUAL SANITIZING OF DISHES is occurring. It is the expectation of Fraser Health that the sanitizer solution is made according to the Chinese instructions posted on the wall at the START of the day and used THROUGHOUT the day as required.
- Obtain Chlorine testing strips for the sanitizer solution. Staff need to ensure sanitizer solution is made properly.

Observation: Facility has a severe rodent infestation. Facility currently is serviced by Orkin. Multiple traps observed throughout facility.
Rodent droppings observed throughout.
Droppings had contaminated a take out container box and chewed the corner. CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION - contaminated product was discarded at time of inspection.

Observation: Rodent droppings observed throughout.

Corrective Action(s): Remove all dishes and equipment from lower shelves until rodent infestation is eliminated.
Spray rodent droppings with 200ppm chlorine solution or equivalent. Remove droppings from area. Wet affected area with 200ppm chlorine or equivalent and soak area.
Inspect facility for points of entry for pests. Seal any holes.
Obtain services of professional pest control company.
Have traps set.
Follow recommendations advised by Pest Control Company Technician.
