Code 401 noted on Routine inspection # FEMI-C9BTQF of Dec-02-2021 Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation: Hand washing sink in front and back was occupied at time of visit. Correction: Hand washing sink must be available ONLY for hand washing with supply of paper towel and liquid soap at all time.

Noted issues are addressed. Closure order is rescinded. The following are to be done: - Install a self closing device for washroom door -Organize the 2 chest freezer -Label spray bottle (bleach solution) -Ensure to monitor temp of all coolers , freezer , hot holding at least twice daily and sanitizer concentration in third sink and spray bottle at least once daily and record in a log sheet, keep log sheet for next routine inspection (label all coolers and freezer with number to match log sheet) Send a report re: correction to the above ( with pictures ) no later then Dec 6-2021 via email to attention of area inspector: fatemeh.emami@fraserhealth.ca Increase the frequency/and intensity of cleaning to maintain satisfactory level of sanitation at all time.
