Observation: Floor at the floor/ wall interface in the walk in cooler observed with food spillage build up.
Sevearal wall surfaces observed with food splatter build up
Floor under the grill observed with grease build up.
Corrective Action(s): Clean floor and wall surfaces as discussed.

308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)]
Observation: Shattershield covers missing on several low hanging fluorescent light fixtures.
Wash water temperature on the dishwasher measured at 108F. Should be at least 120F . Gauge on the tankless water heater shows 140F
Corrective Action(s): Replace covers or replace bulbs that are shatterproof.
Technician may need to be called in to service the tankless water tank.

311 - Premises not maintained as per approved plans [s. 6(1)(b)]
Observation: Food prep area observed in back of premises where new oven was installed as documented in the inspection report on July 10.2019.
Corrective Action(s): Installation of a dedicated hand wash station will be required if food prep is to continue at this location. Plumbing is avaiilable nearby where the washer used to be located

*Monitoring logs are not being maintained. Ensure logs are recorded daily for all equipment including the dishwasher.
Dishwasher at approx. 75ppm chlorine in final rinse. Soap dispensed into wash cycle.
All cold holding equipment cold holding at <4c
Ice machine is clean
Premises is not pursing doing "Sous Vide" cooking
No pest problems noted
