Premises has been renovated. Please submit as built plan to reflect the changes. -Label spray bottle with "Sanitizer". -Obtain test strips to monitor concentration (200 ppm quats). -Obtain a food probe. Thermometer that reads below 140F so that it can be used on cold foods. -Obtain a Thermometer for the hot display case (Vollrath). -Temperature of coolers, dishwasher, pizza display case is satisfactory. -Handwashing stations are satisfactory. -Premises is approved to operate. This approval does not exempt you from obtaining approval from other regulatory agencies.
