Routine:
-General sanitation of kitchen and storage area was satisfactory.
-Handsink supplied with hot & cold water, liquid soap and paper towel
-Coolers were 4 C of colder.
***If coolers are above 4 C in the morning then note in log and let admin know
-Freezer temperatures were adequate.
-Temperature of coolers monitored daily.
-High temperature dishwasher met sanitizing temperature requirement. Rinse temperature was 72.5 C at the dish surface
-Bleach sanitizer present in labeled spray bottle. Instructions and oral syringe provided to give exact measurement for 200 ppm sanitizer concentration
-Traps set for mice due to previous activity. Dry goods stored in pest proof containers. Pest Control Contract in place (contracted through City of Burnaby via Orkin) with service twice per month. Continue to keep floor area clear, monitor areas where activity has been previously noted, and immediately clean up droppings and sanitize area if any droppings noted.
-Food is protected from contamination - covered and stored off the ground
