Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer solution in pails however concentrations observed in kitchen pails to be well below 200ppm QUAT. Some buckets observed to be at 0ppm. Buckets were time stamped to be changed at time of arrival of EHO. CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION.
White material that looks to be eggs of fruit flies observed to be in secondary beverage dispensing unit.

Corrective Action(s): Ensure QUAT sanitizer solution is changed more frequently based on use. Currently the sanitizer solution is changed every 2 hours and may require more frequent changing.
Ensure bar beverage dispensing units are thoroughly cleaned at the end of the night.

Ensure Janitorial staff are cleaning all the way under equipment in hard to reach areas.

- Bar area beverage dispensers in good sanitary condition; alcohol bottles capped overnight
- Staff Personal items kept separate from kitchen equipment - designated shelf for staff beverages - EXCELLENT
- FoodSafe Certified staff present during inspection

NOTE: Upon arrival of EHO kitchen had 4 sanitizer buckets in use and bar area had 1 sanitizer bucket in use. All buckets were set to expire upon arrival of EHO. EXCELLENT WORK! This is significant improvements since previous inspections. Continue to ensure staff have access to Sanitizer solution in these food processing areas throughout the day.
