Dishwasher reached 79C at the plate level upon final rinse cycle (min/max probe thermometer)
Chlorine sanitizer in spray bottle and container at 100 ppm *Labelled during the inspection. *Please obtain chlorine test strips
General sanitation is good *some cleaning needed in lower shelving cabinets
No signs of pests observed. Pest-control sticky traps for insects observed throughout
All coolers operating at </=4 C
