- Handwashing station equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels
- 2-compartment sink available for manual ware-washing, sink plug available
- Adequate supply of liquid bleach available for sanitizing contact surfaces
- Sanitizer solution available in spray bottles, concentration at least 200ppm
- Food contact surfaces are cleaned then sanitized with bleach solution at end of each shift
Note: Quaternary Ammonium compound (QUATS) can also be used as food grade sanitizer (i.e., Kay sanitizer, sani-spray, Oasis 144, Steribac, Virox)
- All products stored at least 6" off the floor, food grade containers available for opened products
- No evidence of pests during time of inspection
- Operator has pest control program in place
- General sanitation of facility - good

- Weather stripping installed at bay door and other doors in facility (warehouse bay door will be done within 6 months)
- Baseboards done
- Painting done |
