Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bottom display cooler is measured to be 4.9oC (air temperature). Thermometer in cooler indicated temperature over 4oC also. Top compartment (with a lid) is measured to be 3.2oC, but nothing is stored in here. Only prepackaged salads and sandwiches are in cooler. Lunch is only from 11:30am-1:30pm.
Corrective Action(s): Use top enclosed compartment as storage, and do not use bottom compartment until adjusted/fixed. This could possible due to the compartment being completely open. Salads and sandwiches will be discarded at 1:30pm.

Observation: Undercounter 2-door cooler in kitchen is measured to be 7.9oC (air temperature). Cooler is not in use and no foods are in cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Do not use cooler until temperature is maintained at 4oC or less. Equipment not in use should be turned off.
