Follow up inspection to report # 260603 - Revised floor plan submitted. - All major equipment installed. - All shelving racks installed. - Operator's FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate submitted. - All traps for pest control installed. -The high temperature dishwasher is removed at the front of the retail store. Two additional high temperature dishwashers available in the bakery section. - Prorated permit fee for March 2023 of $12.50 will be paid at the billing department. Health approval to operate granted at the time of the inspection. This approval does not exempt you from receiving approvals from other regulatory agencies.
