Domestic cooler food temperature is at 39F (4C). - ok
***Monitor fridge temperatures daily and use an accurate indicating thermometer.
Provide copies of your written food safety plan, sanitation plan, and cleaning schedule. Include cooling of hot foods.
Letter from supplier provided re frozen fish - good.
Cleaning, including under equipment and in hard to reach areas, has been done.
Pest control contract is in place. Holes have been sealed where pests may enter (as per operator).
No evidence of pests today. Monitoring is in place.
All food is up off of floor and in pest proof containers.
Items not needed have been removed to facilitate cleaning.
