Routine Inspection:
Note: kitchen not in operation at the time of inspection. Facility is now ready to re-open for banquets.

- Hand washing stations fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Temperature of walk-in cooler = 1.6 degrees Celsius.
- Temperature of sliding door cooler = 3.2 degrees Celsius.
- Temperature of chest freezer = -22 degrees Celsius.
- Temperature of 2-door freezer = -24 degrees Celsius.
- General food storage practices good:
Foods covered and protected from contamination.
Bulk foods stored in pest proof containers with lids.
Foods stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
Dry storage organized.
- High temperature dishwasher sanitizing with 71 degrees Celsius at the dish level after the final rinse cycle.
- Concentration of chlorine (bleach) sanitizer in all spray bottles = 200 ppm.
- Premises well lit.
- No signs of pest activity at the time of inspection.
