Follow up inspection:
-No leak was observed from the plumbing equipment connected to the dishwasher during a cycle of the dishwasher.
-Three functional sink plugs were available at the 3-compartment sink.
-Ceiling tiles, ceiling vents, and wall paneling behind the dishwasher had been cleaned to remove the accumulating dust/debris.
-Tape was removed from the gaps between the prep. coolers and from the gaps between the deep frying equipment.
-Plastic liner was removed from the stainless steel exterior surface of the ice machine.
