Comments

Recommend replacing wooden table at dishpit with stainless steel as this is a wet area. Also, be sure to seal gap in between sink and counter.
Observed a black spray hose - provide a hanger for spray hose. Please note, if this spray hose is used for food, a food grade hose is required. If only for cleaning, then the black hose is sufficient.
Cleaning required at dishwasher around seal to remove built up debris. Also, have dishwasher serviced as should not be spraying out the front when in use.

Hand washing sinks equipped
Sanitizer available at 100ppm Cl in labelled spray bottles
General organization and cleanliness is good
Temperature logs available
Food storage practices are good
No signs of pest activity at time of inspection
Premises is well lit
Probe thermometer on-site

Please note: approved sanitizers include: quaternary ammonium (Quats), Chlorine (Bleach), or Iodine. Also, must be a no-rinse sanitizer, meaning a potable water rinse is not required after its use. Finally, it must be approved for use on food contact surfaces. This information is typically available on the label of the product.
