Introduction

A unscheduled inspection was conducted on May 19, 2021 to assess compliance with the Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child Care Licensing Regulations (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DLSP). All areas were inspected for compliance.

Current Inspection - Items reviewed comply with the Act, regulations & standards of practice.

Observed Violations
No violations were found during the inspection.

Comments

At the inspection dated May 19, 2021 there was 1 child and 1 staff present. At this inspection no contraventions were identified. As part of this Inspection a Facility Risk Assessment Tool was completed and a copy was provided.

Licensing conducted a walk-through of the entire facility.

The following discussions were had with the Licensee:

· Attendance
· Validations & Reportable Incidents
· Covid-19 prevention strategies were reviewed
· Physical Facility (Fence panels) & Sight lines
· Health & Hygiene


The information contained in the report was discussed with the Licensee and Licensing stated that the report will be emailed to the facility.
