Observation: Ventilation hood observed with build up of grease. General organization and sanitation in walk-in cooler requires improvement to prevent potential contamination between ready-to-eat and raw foods.
Corrective Action(s): Deep clean and sanitize the facility more often to prevent grease build up. Re-organize the cooler to ensure ready-to-eat foods are stored away from raw meats. Ensure that raw meats are stored on bottom shelves. Prevent over-filling the cooler with produce to prevent mold growth on vegetables.

Observation: 1. Hand sink in front of kitchen not functioning. Replacement parts are available on premises and staff is aware that it is not functioning.

2. Hand sink in front obstructed by garbage can. Staff moved the garbage can during time of inspection.
Correction: Ensure all handsinks remain unobstructed at all times to facilitate adequate handwashing by food handlers. Repair the hand sink at the front of the kitchen to ensure it is able to dispense both hot and cold running water at all times. In the meantime, the other hand sink in the kitchen in front of the cook line may be used temporarily as the hand washing station, ensuring that it is supplied with liquid soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water at all times.

- General organization of walk-in cooler has improved
- Staff observed wearing clean uniforms
- No signs of pests during time of inspection
- Walk-in cooler measured at 3'C
- Walk-in freezer measured at -19'C
- Bleach sanitizer bottles (x3) measured at 200 ppm chlorine concentration with test strip
