- General sanitation of premises satisfactory. - Handsinks supplied with liquid soap, paper towel, hot and cold water - Coolers operating at acceptable temperatures (4C or colder) - Left prep cooler 3C - Right prep cooler 3C - Walk-in cooler 4C - Coke beverage cooler 4C - 2 door freezer at -19C - Time tracking in use (on computer monitor) for pizza displayed at room temperature - Wiping cloths stored in sanitizer solution (>100ppm chlorine) - Bleach present for sanitizing dishes. Staff knowledgeable about manual warewashing procedures (wash, rinse, sanitize, air dry) - Pest Control contract in place. Service report provided from most recent visit (10-Dec-2018) which reports no activity. *Minimal mouse droppings noted on floor between shelving unit and desk which appear to be from previous issues. Clean up and disinfect area with bleach. Continue to monitor. - Operator and staff on duty hold valid Foodsafe level 1 certificates.
