Routine inspection conducted of upstairs kitchen. Premise maintained in excellent sanitary condition and is generally well maintained and operated. The following was noted at time of inspection: Domestic cooler at 4C Domestic freezer compartment at -18C Chest freezer at -29C Hand wash station adequately stocked with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels Bleach spray sanitizing solution at 100 ppm chlorine residual Domestic dishwasher set to sanitize via high temperature cycle (cycle time: 1 hour). Operator runs only 1-2 loads a day. All food products stored at least 6" off the floor Cleaned and sanitized dishware and utensils stored in sanitary condition inside cabinets / drawers Chemicals stored separately from food products underneath the hand wash station Permit posted and up-to-date Operator has FoodSafe 1 (Expiry: August 2024) No menu changes made since approval. It was discussed with the operator that any changes to the menu will require an updated food safety plan and approval from the district or covering Environmental Health Officer Please contact the Environmental Health Officer if you have any questions or concerns.
