-Follow-up inspection to February 09, 2022.
-Vegetable slicer was found to be disassembled at the time of inspection. Slicer is properly disassembled for cleaning and sanitizing after each use.
-Handwash stations supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Chicken is no longer precooked and cooled. Chicken is made fresh to order. Beef was cooled in a small container. Beef was at 6C - used during the lunch period.
-General food storage practices improved. Raw meats were found stored below ready-to-eat foods, foods were properly stored off the ground, and scoops were stored in a sanitary manner.
-Bleach sanitizer containers were properly labelled. Ensure containers are relabelled as needed.
-Staff stated gloves are no longer used by staff, but staff were observed wearing gloves at the time of inspection. Staff are allowed to wear single use gloves, as long as the gloves are changed when they become potentially contamination.
