Temperatures: Display cooler (Nearest point of sales): 6.9°C Monitor and develop temperature log/chart Chest freezer (Yellow top): -24.6°C Chest freezer (White): -22.6°C 3 door display cooler: no potentially hazardous drinks stored inside; technician has repaired, but unit has broken down again. Operator considering disposal of unit. Chest freezer (Back of house): -23.6°C Sanitation: Handwash station equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. Bleach sanitizer - labelled - measured 100ppm. 3 compartment sink available for cleaning and sanitizing equipment Storage: All food items were stored at least 6" off the floor. All products were either in original packaging or covered inside coolers. Chemicals and cleaners were stored separate from food preparation areas. General: No pest activity observed at time of inspection Repackaging no longer occurring at facility. Random items checked within Best Before Dates Coffee machine removed from facility
