Observation: Food debris & grease on equipment, food contact surfaces, & utensils.
Corrective Action(s): All dirty equipment & utensils must be cleaned and sanitized. Storage must be organized; and all equipment and utensils must be stored in a sanitary manner.

Observation: Multiple dry food items are not covered at the time of inspection (the dry storage room & kitchen).
Corrective Action(s): All food must be stored in pests proof containers with lids; as well as off the floor (6" above.)

Observation: Mice infestation;
Mice droppings found throughout the food premise as well as in the staff washroom (in cabinets, on shelves, on the floor especially behind & under equipment/hard to reach areas).
Corrective Action(s): Entire premise must be cleaned and sanitized.
Pest control service must be notified and treatment must be done.
Note: Provide a report at the follow up inspection.

Observation: Food debris, grease, and rodent/mice droppings found through out the food premise. Food debris provides a food source for rodent. The kitchen requires cleaning to remove food debris build up and droppings.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the premise. Ensure, droppings are sprayed with Bleach (1 capful/gallon of water) prior cleaning).

Handwashing stations supplied with cold/hot running water, liquid soap & paper towel.
Coolers < 4.0 C.
Freezers - satisfactory.
Staff washrooms - clean & fully stocked.
Sanitizer/Bleach - available; however, 2-compartment sink isn't set; Ensure that surface sanitizer in spray bottles available at work stations and at 100 ppm of Chlorine solution. Wiping cloths must be presoaked.
