Observation: 1. Flats of pop stored on bottom shelf in walk in cooler below raw fish. Ensure to store ready to eat foods above or away from raw protein to prevent cross contamination.
2. Front display cooler there is sauce splatter on the counters on the containers for spoons and forks. Ensure all utensils are protected from contamination.
3. Fumehood has grease build up and the service sticker indicates HVAC servicing is required in Feburary 2022. Servicing is required for this unit to prevent contamination of food.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Always store ready to eat foods above or away from raw protein products. Correction required today.
2. Ensure all utensils and take out containers are protected from contamination. Clean up sauce spills as needed. Correction required today.
3. Have fumehood serviced/cleaned as needed to prevent grease build up and potential contamination of food. Correction required this month.
