Comments

Servery has undergone renovations since last routine health inspection and is now a cafe. Renovations have been completed as per Fraser Health approved floor plans on file. Cafe not in use at time of inspection, limited food storage. - Coolers at 4 degrees C or less* - Freezer at -18 degrees C. - No hot holding. - Hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels in place at hand sink . - Bleach water sanitizer was prepared in bucket by staff and measured at 200 ppm chlorine. Wiping cloth stored in bucket. - High temperature dishwasher measured 77 degrees C at the utensil surface (minimum required: 71 degrees C at the utensil surface). - General sanitation good. No signs of pest activity observed. *One cooler (new) measured at 7 degrees C. Cooler was observed to be completely empty. Staff stated that cooler is not in use and will be used for bottled / canned non-potentially hazardous beverages in the future. Reminder to ensure cooler is adjusted or serviced to maintain 4 degrees C or less prior to use for any potentially hazardous (perishable) food storage.
