Comments

- General sanitation is satisfactory.
- All upright coolers < or = 4C.
- All freezers < or = -18C
- Three compartment sink available (meat section) to wash and sanitize food contact surfaces.
- Dry storage area has adequate space and wire racks. Most food items stored at min 6inches off the floor.
- No signs of pest activity.
- Random food items (i.e.dairy products, prepackaged food) checked for expiration dates, condition of packaging, and any signs of deterioration. All in good conditions.

Note: The meat section was not in use at the time of the inspection. The operator stated that there is no longer meat processing.
Meat section:
- Handwashing station supplied with hot/cold running water, soap, paper towels.
- Display cooler at 4C.
- Sanitizer available at 100ppm chlorine solution.
- Meat slicer in clean condition.
Note: The walk in cooler was turned off during the time of the inspection.
