-Pest control has been in, report reviewed. Rodents have been caught and more traps have been installed throughout the facility. Door sweep installed on man door, staff will work on pest proofing garage door track and vent -Cleaning has been started. De-cluttering and more cleaning required in hard to reach areas. -Pest proof containers for malt will be ordered today and hopefully arrive tomorrow. -Continue to protect food and food contact surfaces as much as possible, any product that has been chewed needs to be discarded. All food contact surfaces such as bottling line and small equipment needs to be washed and sanitized before it is used.
