Introduction

An unscheduled follow-up inspection to ensure items in contravention at the last follow-up inspection have been addressed. A written response was received from the Licensee on May 23, 2019 outlining the items that had been addressed

Observed Violations
RECORDS AND REPORTING: 19160 - CCLR s.57(2)(i) - A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (i) a photograph or digital image of the child, and other information that can be used to readily identify the child in an emergency.
Observation: It was observed that 2 children from the out of school care program did not have a photo available to readily identify the childen in an emergency
Corrective Action(s): Please ensure records are complete prior to the child's first day in care

Comments

At this inspection dated June 20, 2019 there were 15 children and 2 staff present. At this inspection, the above noted contravention was identified. The licensee is asked to address the contravention and to provide a written response to Licensing. Please ensure that the Licensee contact and Manager is made aware of this report.
