Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The kitchen hand washing sink had a cloth covered in batter placed on top of the handles, making proper hand washing difficult.

All freezers were < -18 C.
Pest control is coming on site regularly.
Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
Quats sanitizer solution was at 200 ppm.
Dishwasher final rinse cycle reached 75 C at the plate level.
General sanitation was satisfactory. Cleaning procedures discussed.
