Routine Inspection conducted today.
Facility to only sell pastry products produced by their sister company.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Chlorine spray bottles at 200ppm.
Display cooler measured at 4C.
As per the Manager, pest control is contracted bi-weekly.
At time of inspection noted that staff discarded potentially hazardous pastries from the display cooler. Staff informed that they discard daily.

Overall, facility is well organized.
