-an open bucket of hydrated vermicelli noodles on the floor with no cover next to the mop bucket and 2-compartment sink

NOTE: this is a repeat infraction from August 13, 2018 routine inspection -Correction Order issued
Corrective Action(s): Discarded the vermicelli

Store hydrated noodles in the fridge as they are perishable when water is added

-Raw eggs and raw meat stored above vegetables and cooked food in 2-door upright stainless fridge in the back
Corrective Action(s): -Use only scoopers lodged in the food handle up to prevent hand contact with the food
