Comments

Kitchen: Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. Hot held foods were > 60 C. Bleach sanitizer in spray bottles and in the 3-compartment sink were tested at 100 ppm. No evidence of pests. The ventilation hood was clean. Certain items are held at room temperature (oshi) and have a two hour timer. General sanitation was satisfactory. Storage room: Chest freezers (2) were < -18 C. Two door cooler was < 4 C. Food was stored in pest proof containers.
