Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Walk-in cooler measured 10C. Temperature logs taken by store staff from December 1 - December 5, 2023 show temperatures at 13C.
Corrective Action(s): Staff fixed cooler at time of inspection - temperature dial within walk-in cooler was accidentally adjusted when cooler was being stocked. Regardless, all potentially hazardous foods must be discarded as it has been above 4C/40F as per your own store records.
