Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No paper towels in the dispenser at the handsink.
Corrective Action(s): The operator put out a new roll of paper towels at the time of inspection. The paper towel dispenser had run out of battery.
The handsink shall be properly maintained with liquid soap in a dispenser and paper towels in a dispenser. DATE TO BE CORRECTED BY: IMMEDIATELY

- 200ppm QUAT sanitizer in spray bottles present
- Food storage in the walk-in cooler was adequate. Raw meats are stored on the lowest shelf.
