General:
- handwashing stations stocked with soap, paper towels and hot and cold running water
- dishwasher measured 78C at the final rinse cycle
- temperature log maintained for dishwasher
- quat sanitizer measured 200ppm at dispenser and in spray bottle; reminder to change out sanitizer in sanibuckets frequently
- ice machine sanitary; scoop stored up and out of ice
- NFSTP (exp 2022) certificates available
- No sign of pests at the time of inspection

Note: One cooler has been taken to Ballard (Main). Kitchen is able to operate with one less cooler as it is sandwiches and all-day breakfast only.
