- three compartment sink not set up at the time of inspection
- linoleum sheet placed in food prep area as it is easier to clean than wooden flooring; ensure that flooring underneath linoleum is cleaned daily
- staff aware that pizza is only allowed at room temperature for a maximum of 2 hours before being discarded
- permit posted
