Follow-up to report MBEK-CSRQV7. Equipment not required for food premises operation has been removed from the premises. Raw animal products not stored above ready-to-eat foods. Scoops stored safely. Health operating permit posted in conspicuous location (in front). No rodent droppings observed. Areas requiring cleaning that were noted on the previous routine health inspection report are now in sanitary condition. Right sandwich cooler lid is in place; however, it is not attached via bracket at this time. Sandwich cooler lid can be opened and closed with relative ease during operations. Chemicals labeled and stored separately from food. Thermometer in place for right sandwich cooler. All handwashing stations are accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. Temperature logs up-to-date.
