Comments

Follow up inspection conducted to original complaint. Broken sewage pipe has been repaired and exposed flooring has been refilled. High temperature dishwasher and scrap sink in good working order. A final rinse temperature of 71C was achieved at plate level for high temperature dishwasher. No backup was noted from the floor drain in the dish pit area. Plumbing in the staff washroom area was draining properly. Closure order issued on Oct 11, 2017 is hereby rescinded.
