Comments

-Ensure that nothing is stored in front of the 2-compartment sink in the back since that is where the coffee and milk containers should be cleaned. All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. No evidence of pests. The hand washing sink was supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. Bleach was available for sanitizing items. General sanitation was satisfactory.
