Follow-up inspection for inspection report# KLAI-CF5T68 No items were stored in the handwash sink basins at the time of inspection. Notable improvements noted on the sanitary condition of the facility. However, some work still needs to be done in the following areas: Within the deep fryer cabinet Underside of the handles of the reach-in prep cooler Wall and ceiling of the walk-in cooler Along the wall and floor junctions The above cleanliness issue will be evaluated during the next routine inspection. If repeated violation is to occur, increase enforcement action(s) will occur.
