Routine inspection;
- Serveries on 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor were inpsected.
- All refrigerator cooler section at 4C, freezer section at -18C.
- 200 ppm quaternary ammonium available in buckets with wiping clothes stored inside.
- Steam tables were not in use at the time of inspection.
- Hand washing stations provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- Temperature logs maintained and available for review.
- General sanitation satisfactory.
- No pest activities observed.

Note: Monitor the temperature of the refrigerator cooler section on the 1st floor servery.
