Routine inspection conducted:

- Handwash stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Refrigeration temperatures met requirement of Health.
- Hot-holding units not in use at this time. Ensure rice cookers are operating at 60'C or above when in use.
- 200ppm chlorine solution available in labelled spray bottles.
NOTE: Add 1/2 tsp of bleach per 1L of water to prepare 100-200ppm chlorine as discussed at this time.
- Foods obtained from approved sources.
- High temperature dishwasher achieved 75.3'C at the plate level after final rinse.
- Front bar area satisfactory. No concerns observed.
- Washroom handsinks satisfactory.
- No evidence of pest activity observed at this time.

General maintenance and sanitation of the facility satisfactory throughout.
