Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand wash sink was not accessible at time of visit.

Observation: -A lot of stuff noted under two compartment sink and janitorial sink.
-Holes noted on the wall in janitorial sink and cabinet beside ice machine
Corrective Action(s): -Organize all stuff and discard items that are not required for daily operation- these area to be fully clean and organized.
-Seal these holes to prevent pest entry/harboring

Comments

-Owner has FS level 1- Ensure adequate # of staff with FS level 1 Training
- Temp all coolers and freezer satisfactory (<4 oC and < -18 oC )
- High temp dishwasher temp >71 oC
-Bleach solution in spray bottle >100 ppm
-Accurate thermometers are available
-All sandwiches/deserts are received from approved suppliers
** No sign of pests noted- except coffee roasting area which due to clutter not able to verify
** coffee roasting area: a lot of coffee bean bags stored on the floor - no foods to be stored directly on the floor. The area is too tight and not organized- organize and store all food products on shelving unit
** Monitoring logs are not maintained: keep record of temp monitoring (twice for all coolers, once for dishwasher and sanitizer concentration once daily)
-Operator advised re: moving coffee roasting equipment to the other facility.

All issues (violation codes and ** items) to be fully addressed prior to follow up inspection. Pictures re: correction of all noted violations codes to be sent to the area inspector no later then Sep 20-2021 via email :fatemeh.emami@fraserhealth.ca
