This is a follow-up inspection completed with the Manager to the routine inspection report # CRAU-CKHS7D (completed on October 24, 2022).

Comments

Physical Plant/Facility: - The Manager continues to work with BC Housing to address the on-going maintenance issues that arise. - The hot water temperature randomly measured at the sink in the washroom closest to the offices/dining area measured at 39.8 degrees Celsius. This meets the legislative requirement as per section 17 of the Residential Care Regulation. Please note: From the October 24, 2022 routine inspection report under the comments section it states "The Licensing Officer emailed on October 24, 2022 the Bulleting...". This should read "The Licensing Officer emailed on October 24, 2022 the Bulletin...". If there are any questions related to this follow-up inspection report, please contact your Licensing Officer.
