Overall sanitation satisfactory
Hand washing stations are stocked with liquid soap and paper towel; hot and cold running water available at all sinks
QUAT sanitizer available at 200 ppm at third compartment of three-compartment sink and in sanitizer buckets/sprays for food contact surface cleaning. When inquired about cleaning food contact surfaces, appropriate response was provided.
All coolers at 4 C or lower; all freezers at -18 C or lower
*Noted a few items in insert cooler having food over the limit line so that the top part of the food is not being cooled properly. Operated stated that rotation is quite quick (0.75-1.5 hr). Ensure to only have adequate amount of food in insert cooler (follow the guideline in the container) for proper cooling of all parts of foods*
Staff washed hands regularly; and single use gloves are used then disposed after each use
Ice machine in sanitary condition
No sign of pests noted at the time of inspection
