- Floor/ wall joints and hard to reach areas in FOH area.
Corrective Action(s): - Thoroughly clean above noted areas. Continue to work on regularly maintaining a higher level of sanitation in hard to reach areas. **This has also been previously noted on your pest control service reports.

- Handsinks are accessible and have hot and cold water, liquid soap, and papertowels to facilitate proper handwashing practices.
- Coolers are operating at acceptable temperatures (≤4C) and freezers are maintaining product in a frozen state:

- Interior of ice machine and ice bin appear maintained in a sanitary condition. Ice scoop is stored outside unit in a clean container.
