HAZARD RATING FOR YOUR FACILITY: Low (≤15) Total Score = 8
Critical Hazards: Total Number: 1
302 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Multiple plastic insert containers observed with white film build-up. Operator mentioned that the containers are first emptied into the garbage and then sanitized using the high-temperature dishwasher (as per sanitation plan). The containers observed with white film/debris build-up were set aside to be cleaned and sanitized.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize any containers which are observed with white film build up as this may potentially contaminate the food. If the white film is not removed after cleaning and sanitizing, replace the plastic insert containers to ensure the containers are food grade and not potentially contaminating any food.
Violation Score: 5

Non-Critical Hazards: Total Number: 1
306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation: Backsplash behind the dishwashing area observed with black mold and/or food debris build up.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize all backsplashes to prevent potential contamination to equipment and food. Ensure hard to reach areas are cleaned more frequently to remove food debris, mold and grease build up. Submit a photo to the health inspector once completed.
