Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Back stock pans in the back cupboard were dirty. A bottle of Vim cleaner and oven cleaner were being stored inside the pans and looked like the cleaner(s) had spilled into the pans.
Corrective Action(s): Wash and sanitize all the pans. Store cleaners separately as discussed.

-Coolers are below 4 degC
-Temperature of foods are above 60 degC in the hot holding case.
-Slicers are taken apart, washed and sanitized every 2 hours and this is recorded in the logbook.
-200ppm Quats is on-site
-Handsinks are fully equipped
-Temperature log's being maintained
-One Upright cooler has been brought over from a different dept. due to lack of space in the walk-in cooler.
-Deli manager discussed the idea of purchasing a stacked double oven to replace the single one they currently have. No issues noted.
