COMMENTS: - much improvement from previous inspection - EXCELLENT! - Health inspector observed improvements in general sanitation and lack of clutter in the store -COMMENTS - Facility in EXCELLENT sanitary condition - No evidence of pests - Pest control program in place - Handsinks adequately supplied - Coolers achieving temperatures of less than or equal to 4 degrees Celsius - Two functional sink plugs available for use observed - Staff Personal items kept separate from processing equipment - Staff able to properly demonstrate sanitizing methods of cutting boards and knives for Health Inspector; bleach available on site. - Cooler units recently serviced by technician and temperatures are monitored and recorded daily
